We believe that one of the most important product in a skincare routine is the serum. We provide the most optimized serum line to solve various skin concerns. We deliver the finest raw ingredients formulated with the most optimum concentrations to nourish your skin.
Our products are created with clean ingredients which do have a shelf life. For the most effective use of our products, please use by the date of expiration which can be found on the bottom of the product and on the packaging.
All of our products have a 2 years and 6 months shelf life from production and should be used within 12 months upon opening.
Our products are most effective and retain their integrity when stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the temperature does not exceed 95℉ or drop below 41℉.
Never. Our line is 100% vegan and cruelty free. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them.
Yes. We do not use any artificial colors and the color on each product is derived from the main ingredient. Due to the natural coloring in the serum, there may be a slight change in color/scent over time or when exposed to direct sunlight/light. The product is safe to use and retains its efficacy.
Our products have undergone rigorous safety testing for skin irritation. However, we recommend consulting your physician before making any changes to your daily routine.
SUREBASE
Because SUREBASE Foundation contains natural surfactants that have weaker bonding strength compared to surfactants, separation may be seen in the medium formulation. Please use the product after gently shaking it up and down.

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
Unfortunately, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet please email us with your order number and we can cancel the order for you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
